Developed a multi-view clustering and fusion framework integrating routine blood tests, multi-omics data, and electronic health records for early screening of chronic non-communicable diseases
Established an early disease warning scheme enabling population stratification, subtype identification, and risk grading
Built a disease early warning platform and validated the interpretability, verifiability, and generalizability of the proposed method
Deployed the solution at the Chinese PLA General Hospital, achieving 90% prediction accuracy for 9 chronic diseases, a 7% improvement over comparable methods
